Precision cutting tolerance as low as +/- .003”, head position tolerance +/- .001”. The low cutting force means that there's no compression distortion of material.
The high pressure that we operate at gives a superior edge quality. Slag and deburring are eliminated, and there is no edge distortion.
You get a lower overall cost of your part. Elimination of pre drilling and reduced secondary finishing minimize add on costs. Optimal part positioning through stacking and nesting together with reduced waste due to a minimal kerf (.030).
There is a low operating temperature, so no heat affected zone (HAZ) is produced, distortion is eliminated and its temper neutral.
